       We appreciate your willingness to share your quilts with us and know that they will be a valuable asset to       York Quilter's Guild CELEBRATION OF QUILT!  THANK YOU for your contribution!

    Quilt Information
     
    YORK QUILTERS GUILD MEMBER ONLY
               York Quilters Guild members will not be charged for “Challenge Quilts” or “Mystery Quilt”- unless they are to be judged.
      
    Perimeter = Add measurement (in inches) of top + bottom + both sides
     
    *Stationary Machine - any machine that allows the quilter to move the fabric rather than the machine and sits on a table.
    **Movable Quilting Machine - any machine that allows the quilter to move the machine head rather than the fabric and is usually
    mounted on a frame. (longarm, mid-arm  or quilting frame system for your domestic machine)
    *** Edge to edge quilting means a pattern that is repeated from one edge of the quilt to the other. (same pattern overall of the quilt) 
    Custom quilted is a collection of assorted designs throughout the quilt.  Your Long Arm Quilter could provide this info.

           
    Note: The judges reserve the right not to judge an item that is determined to have been entered in the wrong category.
    ​You should provide insurance coverage on your own entries through your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policies. York Quilters Guild, Inc. and York College of Pennsylvania are not responsible for any loss of, damage to, or theft of any entry. 
     
    By submitting this form, I have read and agree to abide by all conditions stated in the rules for this show; to grant York Quilters Guild, Inc. permission to photograph all entries for archival and publicity purposes; and to not hold York Quilters’ Guild, Inc. responsible for anything beyond their control. I also understand that since photography by show attendees is not restricted, my quilt(s) may be photographed by individuals attending the show for private and personal use.

    If you do not receive an e-mail from registrar within 7 days, please advise Betty Angelini     by email at [email protected] or Phone at (724) 290-9588.  If your information does not disappear your registration has not been sent.
